About Linda

Linda M. Simons, Interior Designer A.S.I.D.

Linda Simons is a talented, experienced designer with over 35 years in the industry. Her passion for interior design is fueled by her love for the history behind furniture styles, fabrics and antiques as well as her realization of the importance of color.

After moving to Monterey, California in 1999, Linda began her business to provide clients with a more expansive offering and to use her experience to guide them in creating a space that combines style and design with client needs and wants.

Linda prides herself in providing clients a professional, honest experience where she truly listens to the client and helps them turn those ideas into enhanced design concepts. The result is clients that return time and again.

With the skillful eye and balance that comes from years of experience, Linda enjoys working with clients who have a wide variety of styles and design aesthetics. However, one of the projects of which Linda is most proud is a home recently completed in Carmel. The interior was a sophisticated arrangement featuring 17th and 18th century fine antiques complemented with fabrics, all from Provence, France.

Linda holds a business degree and certificates in drafting, design, color classes and history of furniture.  She was awarded the Assistant Manager of the Year Award from Pierre Deux, where she spent 13 years. More recently, she has served as an interior designer for the Branches and Berries event for four years and her work has been photographed and featured in Home Style Magazine.
